Access to Occupied Properties

To help ensure works are completed on schedule, clients and tenants are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property on the agreed start date and throughout the duration of the project.

Where keys have been agreed as the method of access, these must be made available before works commence. Any rooms affected by the scheduled works should also be cleared of personal belongings where reasonably possible.

If our operatives are unable to gain access, or work cannot proceed due to the property not being suitably prepared, PBS Clayton reserves the right to charge for lost time, additional labour, return visits and any associated costs incurred. Where possible, we will always work with clients and housing providers to rearrange access and minimise disruption.

Our aim is to complete every project efficiently, safely and with the least possible inconvenience for everyone involved.
